As an Office 365 admin, you can use dial-in conferencing to allow your end users to join the audio portion of a Lync Online conference call. This connection can occur over traditional telecom devices such as a cell phone or landlines.
Note: This feature is only available under Enterprise (E1-4) accounts.
To enable this dial-in conferencing you must first have a relationship with a telecommunications provider who offers it. For a list of Lync service providers for your local region, call: 1-855-488-6678.
